RSCP™ Pallet

Revolutionary-System Concept Packaging (RSCP™) Pallet is a world first, a Singapore-designed and internationally-patented Nail-free lightweight wooden pallet that does away with expensive tooling and moulds. It is environmentally friendly, and complies with ISPM 15 and the New California code of regulation effective 2009 for Airborne Toxic Control Measure.

Product description and function

RSCP™ Pallet was created in response to the needs and stipulations of our clients, whose goods required protection from the protruding nails used in conventional wooden pallets. The pallet was also designed with the following green principles in mind:

1. Reduce – Our patent design allows for 20% - 60% material savings which equals cost savings.
2. Reuse – Nothing goes to waste as the components used RSCP™ pallets can be modified for new components.
3. Recycle – Omitting the use of materials like metallic fasteners, e.g. in Japan, such metallic fasteners must be manually removed before the recycling process.

Major Features and unique properties of the RSCP™ Product

• It uses a nail-less technology to prevent protruding nails from damaging the goods
• The disposal process is green, without the additional process of the removal of metallic fasteners
• It is in compliance with the ISPM 15 as well as the ROHS.
• It is easy to prototype
• Used RSCP™ Pallets can immediately be recycled into Chipboard, Fiberboards or sent for energy recovery.
• It utilizes the Construction Grade Oriented Strand Board (OSB) material that has excellent technical attributes such as a high load-bearing factor, dimensional stability and easy processing that makes this wood-based material universally relevant.
